Disclaimer & Acceptance of Engraving Works
Kent Glass Engraving produces, prints and engraves jobs for you per the files, specifications, and instructions which you provide. While we will bring to your attention any errors that we might notice, you are responsible for approval of proofs, proof reading and errors.
Please be sure to double check spelling, grammar, layout, and design before approving artwork. If we produce work that has been approved or provided and contains errors after production, then you are responsible for full production costs (setup charges, printing, and materials), as well as the cost for producing the work a second time, if you request us to do so. Please also note that you are responsible for 100% of approvals and copyrighted, trademarked and licensed agreements of artwork.
Your email approval or signature of said artwork for engraving is contractually binding for payment for all services to Kent Glass Engraving.
All artwork we engrave must be approved by you before a job can enter into production. We will send you a proof via email for approval. Once approved payment will be required.
Payment for any works is confirmation that you are happy to proceed with your order as per the agreed proof.
Local collection is available upon request. Pre-agreement of a date and time is necessary to guarantee that there will be someone available to meet with you to provide you with your order. You can contact us via phone or email to do this.
Postage is charged based on the weight of items ordered and the speed of postage required by you. We send our items using Royal Mail. Orders should be ready to be shipped within 7 days of full payment being received. To provide our customers complete flexibility with their orders you can select which speed suits your order best. We will discuss this with you prior to sending an invoice.
As a guide, 1-2 glasses are charged at:
£4.95 using First Class delivery.
£7.00 Signed for delivery
£9.00 Recorded next day delivery
Our items will be bubble wrapped and boxed and 'Fragile' marked on the box.
All packaging is fully recyclable.
Postage & Collection
As per UK Law, a refund will be offered on personalised goods only if the item received is faulty/does not match what was agreed upon. Customer satisfaction is so important to us, which is why we make sure that you are completely happy with your proof before we process any payments and begin engraving.
Once a proof has been approved and payment processed, we cannot cancel or amend your order.
