Customised (engraved) glassware: In respect of customised glassware, we are unable to offer refunds unless there is an error or defect with the goods.
Postage is charged based on the weight of items ordered and the speed of postage required by you. We send our items using Royal Mail. Orders should be ready to be shipped within 7 days of full payment being received. To provide our customers complete flexibility with their orders you can select which speed suits your order best if you contact us directly. We will discuss this with you prior to sending an invoice.

Local collection is available upon request. Pre-agreement of a date and time is necessary to guarantee that there will be someone available to meet with you to provide you with your order. You can contact us via phone or email to do this.
The buyer is fully responsible for approval of proofs, proof reading and errors. Please be sure to double check spelling, grammar, layout, and design before approving artwork. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for work that has been approved and contains errors after production.

Please also note that the buyer is responsible for 100% of approvals and copyrighted, trademarked and licensed agreements of artwork.
